I reverted your edit to Asia because I do not think that island is notable enough to be on the "other destinations" list there. It is not in the same class as Angkor Wat and the Taj Mahal.
If you think I am wrong, argue for the addition at Talk:Asia. Alternately, link to the island from the Phillipines article and regions below that. Pashley 05:21, 14 April 2011 (EDT)
