Hello! Welcome to Wikitravel.

Please take a second to look at our copyleft and policies and guidelines, you may be interested in our Wikitravel:External links policy as well as Wikitravel:How to add an image...

Scanning the Manual of style, especially the article templates, can give you a good idea of how we like articles formatted. If you're new to our wiki software, MediaWiki, look at the Wiki markup to get an idea of how to edit a page. If you need help, check out the help desk, and if you need some info not on there, post a message in the travellers' pub. Maj 12:45, 6 November 2006 (EST)

Wiki-Etiquette[edit]

Hi Jeffrey - at the moment the Wikitravel:External links policy is clear about external links, and several people have stated their reasoning for reverting some of your edits on Talk:Prague. We appreciate that you are trying to improve the guide, but please work to gain a consensus for your changes rather than simply reverting the edits of others - it can take a while to understand how wikis work, but it's generally considered poor form to continue to make controversial changes without first gaining a consensus that such changes should be made. -- Ryan 14:40, 11 November 2006 (EST)

If you are trying to promote your web site, feel free to add any links you'd like to your user page. -- Ryan 15:10, 11 November 2006 (EST)
