Hi Boveda. I have reverted the listing for your apartment as WikiTravel policy requires you to gain consensus before long stay apartments can be listed. See our page about accomodation listings before adding it again. Thanks - Cardboardbird 06:41, 22 December 2010 (EST)

Apartment listings[edit]

Hi again Boveda. Thanks for you message. We certainly welcome (and encourage) contributions from businesses like yourself, though generally we avoid listing apartments as accommodation. I say generally, because there are always exceptions to be made where there are few hotels or where renting apartments are the norm for the destination. This is the point of asking for a consensus to be reached before apartments are listed. The difference between a hotel and an apartment is the minimum length of stay. If a traveller can rent your apartments for 1 night, then there is no problem to list it - but make sure you specify it is a daily rental/rate. If the minimum is 3 days then that is stretching things but passable. My suggestion would be to write you listing, promoting it as being short-stay accommodation then wait to get consensus (I started a discussion on the talk page) before mentioning that it can be rented long-term.Please keep contributing, you cant break anything ;) - Cardboardbird 09:27, 6 January 2011 (EST)
