Welcome Bharath[edit]

Hello Bharath!

Welcome to Wikitravel. Please take a sec to look at our copyleft and policies and guidelines, but feel free to plunge forward and edit some pages. Scanning the Manual of style, especially the article templates, can give you a good idea of how we like articles formatted. If you need help, check out Wikitravel:Help, and if you need some info not on there, post a message in the travellers' pub.

Please read Wikitravel:External links before adding links to other travel guides. We prefer to have the information listed here, not linked to another travel guide. -- Huttite 06:19, 12 Jun 2005 (EDT)

External links to India Travel Guide Reverted[edit]

I have reverted the edits you made to Pune, Calcutta, Cochin, Hyderabad, Bombay, New Delhi, Bangalore and India. Please read Wikitravel:External links then explain here why links to these guides should be added. Saying that another guide has more information is not one of our goals. We aim to be the most complete, so the information should be here, not in another travel guide, where our readers may not be able to access it when they are reading this off-line (one of our goals). -- Huttite 07:07, 12 Jun 2005 (EDT)
