Hello, 126.96.36.199! Welcome to Wikitravel.
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Wikitravel:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub.--Burmesedays 21:36, 20 June 2011 (EDT)
- Thanks for all your work on various articles in Greater Manchester. Please be aware that all WT articles have a basic template. For places like Little Lever for example you should use the small city template. I have edited Little Lever to use the correct template so you can see what I mean. Thanks again. --Burmesedays 21:36, 20 June 2011 (EDT)
- PLEASE use the appropriate template when creating new articles as Burmesedays suggested above - all that you have to do is click on the appropriate "template" link when creating the article. Creating a new article without a template adds an administrative burden for editors who have to come in after you to clean things up. -- Ryan • (talk) • 17:46, 27 June 2011 (EDT)
- See also Talk:The Historic County of Lancashire. It isn't clear that your contributions make sense for a travel guide, although you are welcome to state your case. -- Ryan • (talk) • 17:36, 11 August 2011 (EDT)
- I'd again ask that you discuss the changes you have been making on the appropriate talk page(s). -- Ryan • (talk) • 10:59, 12 November 2011 (EST)
