Bio: Stephen Atkins is a faculty member of the Capilano University Theatre Department [1], Artistic Director of Human Theatre [2] and an associate artist with Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre [3]. Travels: Stephen Atkins' experience in travel started in 1985 when he co-led tour groups to Israel and the (then) USSR. Travels continued through the 1990s as a touring performer and in the early 2000s as a web-based software developer and website designer in service to clients of SoftVoyage. Stephen has been contributing off and on to various wiki projects since 2004/2005 with articles on theatre history, arts/culture and travel. Todays interests include international theatre festivals and keeping up with friends and colleagues abroad.

Other: Learning to be a photographer and getting back into painting which he hasn't done since college.
