Born and bred in Alabama the beautiful. I consider Florence, AL my hometown, but at the age of 12 I moved to the town of Killen, AL where generations of my family have called home.

My early education was in Florence. For college, I attended Auburn University, in "prettiest village on the plains", Auburn.

Since college, my career has taken me to Birmingham; Columbus; and Atlanta, GA. I now call Atlanta home.

I've spent time abroad working as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Northeastern Azerbaijan.
