Welcome! MyLakePlacid is the Lake Placid/Essex County Visitors Bureau. We are proud to represent all of Essex County, including the Lake Champlain, Schroon Lake, Whiteface, and High Peaks regions of New York State. All of these regions include many villages that would love for visitors to experience the spectacular vistas and outdoor wonders of the Adirondack Mountains.
