Hello to everyone who comes across this page.

I am Lou McDowell, a travel buff and a proud Kiwi (New Zealander) who loves to showcase my beautiful country New Zealand and promote it wherever possible.

New Zealand is such a beautiful country and is naturally endowed with Mother Nature's bounties in the form of great coastlines, mountains,lakes, skiing fields, rivers, boiling mudpools, fantastic bushlands and exotic flora and fauna so unique to this part of the world.

I travel a lot around the North Island and South Island of New Zealand and take lots of photos and videos. I along with other Kiwis am passionate about the environment. Hence, in this world threatened by global warming, New Zealand is a standout when it comes to preservation of its natural environment as exemplified by the lush green landscape of this sylvan paradise in the South Pacific.

I welcome one and all to visit this amazing land of natural wonders.
