I am a 香港 Hong Kong resident and have made a few contributions to Wikitravel, especially to the Hong Kong page.

I am happy to try and correct bad English, the main thing is for people to write something that will help a traveller or an expat who thinks he's on holiday.

[edit] My Interests

I am a Geographer first and a traveller second. However, I would have to admit that, really, I am a vulgar tourist the same as everybody else. As such a tourist, I struggle with the knowledge that my indulgences will bring changes to places I visit. So, I hope that we can help tourism to have some positive impacts on people.

I have done my bit to contribute to CO2 emissions by flying to:

Japan, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Lao, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Kenya, Dubai, Egypt, 'Palestine' (Israel), Romania, Malta, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Andorra, Spain, Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, Canada, United States, Mexico, Cuba and Brazil.

Nepal is top of my wish-list and I struggle with the idea of going to Burma but it seems too tempting not to go before the hoards do. I would love to go to Tibet as soon as it becomes a country.
