A Canadian ascended to his hometown of Toronto after a decade in the American South. I caught the travel bug in 2001 on my first trip off the North American continent - to India. Since then I've been to Venice, Edinburgh, Paris, San Francisco, Oxford, Amsterdam, London, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia. I prefer cities, and mostly what I can afford is one week trips to Europe. But Hong Kong is a pretty appealing idea.
