Rick Boyne was born in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, USA and is currently the pastor of Immanuel Southern Baptist Church. He married Sally in 1992 and has two daughters, Audrey and Emily.

Rick's life (and eternity) was changed when he asked Jesus into his heart when he was 8 years old. He considers this to be the most important thing to know about him.

Rick has travelled the world extensively, living in 6 different countries. He speaks 7 languages. He enjoys digital photography, numismatics, and travel. He maintains a personal blog and a family website. In addition, he is a restaurant critic and maintains The Hungry Traveler.
