U.S. Highway 49 is a federal highway that runs north from Gulfport, Mississippi and terminates in Piggott, Arkansas. This highway is in the South (United States of America). Highway 49 is four laned between Gulfport, Mississippi and Yazoo City, Mississippi with the remaining northern section mostly 2 lanes (except in urban areas such as Helena/West Helena, Arkansas).
