Come see why we were Voted 2008 top three destinations for children in Oklahoma! Tiger Safari is located 20 minutes southwest of Oklahoma City. Tiger Safari is a not for profit interactive zoological park. There are currently 54 volunteers and staff. We will provide an opportunity for you and your loved ones to have one of the best times of your life. Hold many of our baby animals, from baby lemurs, red kangaroo, wallaby, fennec foxes and visit our two baby white tiger cubs! Tiger Safari has over 135 animals from small reptiles (snakes) to large cats (lions) and bears (black bear and grizzly bear) in our park. Some of the rarest cats in Oklahoma can be found at Tiger Safari: the Barbary lion, the Royal white tiger, and the Royal Golden Tabby tiger, the rarest tiger in the world. Visit the feeding station at our Siberian Tiger exhibit! Talk with our many birds, one even sings opra on a good day! Our ride the tortoise area is a great hit with the children. Camping at the park is even more memorable, late night hay rides, sleep under the stars and listen to the various animal sounds at night (oh, did you hear that? What was it?). Check it out, you will be surprised with the interaction and up close opprotunities with some of the most beautiful creatures in the world! Check out our New Sundowner Tours: After arriving at the park the guests gathered for refreshments. The staff brings out a baby lemur, kangaroo, fennec foxes, tropical birds, an alligator and much more. Everyone will have a great time. After a hands on interaction with the animals, the guests enjoy a guided tour through the park including participating in the Tiger Feeding Station, Bear Feeding Station, Petting Zoo and more. You will have to come see for yourself why the Sundowner Safari tour is a unique and awesome adventure. After your tour your photos will be posted on the site as well.
