Triunfo is a city in Pernambuco, Brazil.

Triunfo is a green oasis in the otherwise arid Sertao region in Northeastern Brazil. Situated between mountains and at a lakefront, the city has a cool climate. Maximum temperature is 28ºC in the summer and 5ºC in winter evenings.

Triunfo is situated 449 km away from Recife. Fly to Recife Gilberto Freyre - Guararapes International Airport. A closer, but much smaller airport, can be found in Caruaru.

From Recife, take interstate highway BR-232 until the city of Serra Talhada. Then take state highwyay PE-365 all the way to Triunfo.

From Recife's Bus Terminal (TIP), Auto-Viação Progresso [1] operates the line Recife-Triunfo (tel.: (81) 3452-3079).

• Cine-Teatro Guarany (1919), beautiful theater from the early 1900s. Set by the lake. It is the town's unofficial trademark.
• Açude Público (1850), man-made lake at the city-front.

Local specialties include Bode (goat meat), Carne de Sol, Galinha de Cabidela, Alfenim de Rapadura, Angu Salgado and Licor de Rosas.

Triunfo is also famous for Rapadura, a traditional sugar candy.
