Tróia is a peninsula, known for its leisure activities and natural beauty. It's a luxury destination with Casino and 2 5 stars hotels and lots of amenities. Considered the most beautiful Bay in the World.

By train[edit]

You can access Tróia from Setúbal by trains coming from Lisbon or the Algarve (South), and most towns in the surrounding area. You also have lots of trains from anywhere to Lisbon, if there is not a direct train to Setúbal, you might want to consider getting one to Lisbon, and then to Setúbal.

By car[edit]

It shouldn't be a problem to find your way to Setubal is a major town in the area, so, if you are around, you will have signs to point out your way. From Setúbal you have the option of going by ferryboat with your car, leave the car in a car parking and go by catamaran if you're only visiting and not staying at Tróia or you can simply go by car. Coming from the Algarve by national road you will see indications to Comporta and Tróia.

By bus[edit]

There are buses that serve from Lisbon to Setúbal everyday and almost every hour a day, if you're in the capital it won't be a problem. In Setubal there are also buses that serve the surrounding area towns incuding Tróia.

By boat[edit]

The troia is a peninsula near Setúbal, and that is probably the only way to commercially reach Setúbal by boat. You can reach Setubal (from Troia) by ferryboat or catamaran. You can check schedules here.
