Tarnów [1] is a historic town in Lesser Poland Lowland in southern Poland, situated southeast of Kraków.

From Kraków:

  • By train - a train goes each way every hour or so, costs around 20 PLN, takes two hours.
  • By bus - buses leave from Regional Bus Station in Kraków (RDA - Regionalny Dworzec Autobusowy) [2] really often. Price and time of travel is similar to trains.
  • By car - Route 4/E40 80 km East by now. A4 motorway is being built.
