If this is two hours away by bus, I don't think it makes sense to call this a district...? Jpatokal 00:58, 27 October 2006 (EDT)

Zengcheng is not a district of Guangzhou, but a city under its admin. Following the example of the categorization the 23 cities in Tokyo prefecture (see Hachioji as example), I have unlinked it as suggested. WindHorse 01:41, 27 October 2006 (EDT)
