[edit] Booking agencies?

The following entries look to me like booking agencies, rather than operators of properties. The Wikitravel policy on this seems to be at Wikitravel:Accommodation listings#Apartment listings. Based on that, I think they qualify. However, I want to highlight these listings so that other editors can also take a look. I've moved them to their own list within Sleep... Splurge.
