This is a technical problem. See "Thumbnail shows up as gray box" at shared:Wikitravel Shared:Travellers' pub -- Sergey kudryavtsev 02:54, 30 September 2008 (EDT)

Walking tour[edit]

Moved in from the article: Gorilla Jones 04:11, 15 December 2008 (EST)

  • A virtual Historic Walking Tour [1] of Vladivostok has been put together by Washington State University and the Far Eastern National University [2].

Dong Chun Ferry Co.[edit]

"Seems to indicate" is too sketchy for inclusion unless someone can confirm it; Google considers it an attack site. Gorilla Jones 14:52, 15 December 2008 (EST)

The Dung Chun Ferry company website [3] seems to indicate that there are also services to Slavyanka, which is a port town 180km from Vladivostok (and only 50km by boat).

Nah, there was the service to Zarubino (a port town couple of miles from Slavyanka), but it was discontinued, and now ferry continues straight to Vladivostok. --77.35.31.41 12:28, 27 March 2009 (EDT)
As of August 2009, passengers from Vladivostok to Sokcho were transported by bus to Zarubino (4hrs) where we boarded the ferry. Be sure to have 30 dollars for the harbour fees. Jjburns 05:13, 7 October 2010 (EDT)

Upgrade[edit]

Shouldn't we upgrade the article to Guide status? It meets all the criteria for me.
