Talk:Vagabond travel
From Wikitravel
A tout piece, yes, but I'd kind of love to see a vagabond travel topic... Delete? --Peter Talk 18:51, 22 August 2008 (EDT)
- Ok, no need for both rock bottom budget travel and vagabond travel as its redundant; but vagabond travel is the better listing. Its in more common usage, and just generally rolls off the tongue better than rock bottom budget travel (that's really a mouthful). Delete rock bottom not the other way around. —The preceding comment was added by 72.161.23.96 (talk • contribs)
I don't know how to import the proper template. But if you want to do that I'll work on the rest of the merge.
- Actually, the best way to do this would be for you to move information from here to Rock bottom budget travelling. So merge the content over there, then I can move the article in its entirety to Vagabond travel. That way we can preserve the edit history of Rock bottom budget travelling. So leave me a message when you've merged the content over there. --Peter Talk 17:05, 1 October 2008 (EDT)
This talk was a couple of years ago now, I'd like to suggest that Vagabond travel isn't really associated with rock bottom budgets but with Rolf Potts book Vagabonding. Rather than a financial motives it focuses on Philosophical ones. --Voyagner 00:01, 26 May 2010 (EDT)
