There were quite a few missing entries from this list, so I've brought it up to date. I've used the same rules established in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, so I've added the year that the city gained its status in brackets (where I could find it!), and I've also added a comment showing when it was updated like this: <!-- All sites up to 2008 -->.
