In the "understand" section, it says that the temperature in Sudbury sometimes reaches above 20 degrees. Having lived in Sudbury for 27 years, I can assure the readers that the temperature is AT LEAST 20 degrees from mid-June through August. Most summers see two weeks of 30 degrees + in mid-July.

Also, Sudbury IS a great place to visit in the winter. It's not as cold as the article lets on, with temperatures comparable to Moscow.
