[edit] Sub-region of South Island?

Due to its much smaller size and proximity to the South Island, would it make sense to treat Stewart as a subregion of that one? Technically it's not part of the South Island, but it is in that region of the country. - Todd VerBeek 10:43, 29 May 2007 (EDT)
