I borrowed the region hierarchy from the http://www.travelsd.com/ Web site. They had the four regions already broken up, so I didn't see a good reason not to use them. Of course, if someone else has a better set of regions, please substitute them! --Evan 14:43, 13 Dec 2003 (PST)
