This is not one of the regions in Russia, and should be split into Western Siberia/Northern Russia/Far Eastern Russia by somebody who, unlike me, actually knows what they're doing. Jpatokal 01:04, 30 November 2006 (EST)

What are the laws of land ownership in Siberia? In Mongolia all of the land outside of the major cities is public property and you can settle anywhere. Is it similar in Siberia?
Also, how much money should one bring? How much does lodging and food usually cost?
