Hello, I'm Verna Rodriguez I have a question and a problem that i hope you can help me with? My son is in Dominican Republic. He went out there with his grandmother and she not coming back but his aunt is coming back to New York and I will like for her to bring him back but the letter i send with him when he left from New York stats his grandmother and grandfather names.I will like to know how i can authorized his aunt to bring him back with her and the flights leave tomorrow 9/7/07 at 10:45 a.m. Can you please help me........
