What is the cheapest way to get to Saipan from Guam? I know that Freedom Air and Continental Connection/Cape Air make the run but they both charge over $100 round trip for a 45-minute flight on a turboprop which seems a bit overpriced in my book. Are there any ferries or cheaper operators?
