Maybe you should Google it.

[edit] "Stay Safe"

If there is real reason to be concerned, this entry needs substantially more facts than now cited, e.g., the link to "stories" of robbery and battery is actually to one sorry event.

I agree, the link to the "recent midnight robberies" does not mention anything about midnight rapes and robberies on tourists in their hotel rooms. Also, the use of the term "recent" is vague. This section needs more facts and better links. [i forgot to sign in] 2:50, July 14 2009 (PST)

[edit] Opinions about driving

There seem to be mixed opinions about driving on this island. My personal experience (admittedly some years in the past) is that it's no scarier there than in many other places, but in any event, may I suggest some compromise language that conforms more closely to our Wikitravel:Manual of Style? The articles (in contrast to the talk pages) should avoid first-person anecdotes and "I think that..." opinions. Something neutral and third-personish should be written, ideally incorporating both opinions that have been voiced here. Thanks. -- Bill-on-the-Hill 19:30, 12 March 2006 (EST)
