Is there any appetite to have a section that lists some of the best running paths in the world? I'm thinking of routes that are unique in some way and combine most people's concept of travel with a good run. For example, some city routes that might fit the bill:

Stanley Park in Vancouver
Central Park in NYC
Clarke Quay in Singapore
Thames trail in London (not the trail where you run around in circles through Hyde Park)

Actually the new seaside promenade with the Walk of Stars etc makes for a very nice stroll in the evening. I'm not sure you can actually jog on it all that well though... Jpatokal 01:15, 8 August 2006 (EDT)

I was thinking of that as well. I had a chance to walk it in late April and thought it would be a ideal place for "worldly" kind of jog. The only thing is that it didn't seem quite long enough for a run as it is flanked on either side by pedestrian gridlock. Maybe someone else will chime in and update us.
