Roma is the Italian name for Rome, Italy's capital. Maybe we should add a disambiguation page?

I don't think we need a full disambig page, because the two cities do have distinct names by our naming conventions (i.e. use the popular English names). Adding something like
For the city in Italy, see Rome.

It seems Roma was at one stage made a disambig. Have to feel sorry for Roma (Queensland) being "demoted" for a foreign language name of a city. Is there any precedent with any other city? --Inas 21:49, 20 May 2009 (EDT)
