I thinks it's better to leave it this way instead of making a disam page because of a little known region. People searching for Puno are almost certainly searching for the city.

What about the isIn - should that be isIn|Puno_(region) - ?

Puno_(region) -> Peru -> South_America

Lake_Titicaca -> Altiplano -> Andes -> South_America

I would prefer something like Lake_Titicaca -> Peru -> South_America.
