Prachuap from Travellers Pub[edit]

I note that Ozymandias has reverted my edit on the city from the east to the west. The City is actually in the east, on the southern east coast, and Myanmar is to the west. Check the Thai Meteorological Dept online! They give the Eastcoast forecasts, and Prachuap comes in here. Look at a map of Thailand. It IS in the east, down south! I am inclined to revert the edit to the "southern east coast" to resolve confusion.

So to save a protracted reversion situation, please resolve. Avemario (talk) 07:15, 28 October 2015 (EDT)

Your link was to Eastern Thailand. I'm pretty sure that wasn't your intent.
Did you mean "the eastern side of the Malay peninsula" or something like that? Ozymandias (talk) 19:42, 28 October 2015 (EDT)
It's better if we discuss articles in their own "Talk" pages, like this: http://wikitravel.org/en/Talk:Prachuap_Khiri_Khan

OK, I see where you are coming from, but it causes confusion - and yes, the talk page will be better, but since we started this here, it may as well be consolidated here, and then moved to the talk page on conclusion. So East Thailand (from the Thailand map) is Pattaya etc. This place is in the Central area on the Thailand map, so I think we need to say it is in the eastern coastal part of southern Central Thailand. Will this resolve it? Avemario (talk) 23:58, 28 October 2015 (EDT)

That seems okay to me, thank you. Hope to visit someday. Ozymandias (talk) 12:57, 29 October 2015 (EDT)
