[edit] Kinder Scout

Personally I think the warning about the "dangers" of Kinder Scout is overstated (or, if not, applies equally to other places - in some ways Bleaklow is more disorienting). Walk in any direction from Kinder Scout and sooner or later you'll hit the edge path, which is generally clear and easy to follow.

So there is no need for the Edale Mountain Rescue Team then ? And people don't wander round in circles in bad visibility ?
