For the record, this itinerary was originally largely inspired by Stickman's Tour of Bangkok, although the careful reader will note that quite a few bits and pieces have changed. I've done this loop personally around 3 times and directed friends to it about as often, so it's about time I got it in written form! Jpatokal 06:02, 22 Sep 2004 (EDT)

I note that there's no mention of "Chess". --Evan 06:46, 9 Feb 2005 (EST)
Chess...? What am I missing? Jpatokal 07:35, 9 Feb 2005 (EST)
A very dumb joke. The 1986 rock musical Chess featured a song "One Night In Bangkok" that was a minor pop hit. --Evan 10:19, 5 Dec 2005 (EST)

I tried going to the resturant (Baan Khanitha) mentioned but after wondering aimlessly, I have a assume the place no longer exist ... I believe the resturant has moved... see: [1] -- Noam 06 Dec, 2005

That's a surprise -- the Ruamrudee location is the original, the one in Sukhumvit is the newer one. But thanks for noting this and saving others from the trouble, I've also amended the Bangkok/Sukhumvit page. Jpatokal 22:15, 5 Dec 2005 (EST)

The transliteration for pomelo salad shouldn't have an ending "m" - maybe "som-oh!" capture the right sound better for English speakers?
