If anyone knows of 24h net cafes in Niigata, and particularly, near Niigata Station, that would be a great addition for travelers stuck overnight. Alternatively, if a karaoke booth has discount rates and doesn't mind a late night stay, that would be useful, too. --Orcrist 07:54, 12 April 2011 (EDT)
