I'm not convinced this town of 12,000 odd, meets the so much more famous rule for disamb. WP has a disamb for Newtown. --inas 20:36, 5 August 2009 (EDT)

I'd never heard of the one in Pennsylvania before it was added to the Newtown disamb page. I guess it depends on what part of the World you have more knowledge of. I wouldn't be against moving this page to Newtown_(Wales) and redirecting Newtown to Newtown_(disambiguation) though. Tarr3n 07:54, 10 August 2009 (EDT)

I think for historical reasons the Newtown, Wales should be the primary article. I am Welsh, therefore possibly biased. 188.106.179.0 07:24, 3 May 2011 (EDT)
