[edit] Palm Beach Hotel

I added the following description. I've been staying at the hotel (May 2008) and tried to be fair. It's a nice place in need of improvements. I am writing this from the hotel internet connection itself, here near the beach in Mamaia.

"An American tourist staying multiple days describes the hotel as having an excellent location with fairly nice rooms in need of some repair and despite claiming 5-star status does not offer the quality of service expected of such a rating."
