I'm not sure that I like this disambiguation very much. It seems to me that if I type "[[Madison]]", or enter "Madison," that should take me straight to the one place I (and I would guess most potential searchers) have heard of. Although Madison, IN does look like a nice town. But aside from registering my disapproval, I won't make a recommendation either way, since we as a community quite clearly do not have a consensus yet on when to disambiguate. Well, there will always be a gray area in this. You do have to remember that what you think is most famous relies much on where you are from. I admit that I had the same reaction... that Madison, WI is the most famous. Is it most famous by a factor of 10 over all the other Madisons? I dunno. OldPine 22:15, 1 August 2007 (EDT)
Alright I'll register my opinion now—this seems like a silly disambiguation. Madison should direct you straight to Madison, Wisconsin. It's by far the largest (by about 20x), best known, and its a state capital. Objections? --Peter Talk 00:26, 17 April 2009 (EDT)
