There's an adorable BDSM-themed pub in Lviv near Pl. Rynok. I can't remember the name for the life of me, but it should be added.

Hotel base is far behaind western standards. Except a few good quality hotels, the most of them are expensive for foreigners and poor standard. There is also poor quality restaurant service in most of mid-class restaurants. If You can choose to spend a week for EUR 400 in Eqypt, in 5* hotel in luxury, or to travel and spend 1 week in Lviv for EUR 1000 in shabby 3* hotel for 150 USD per night from foreigner, eat a meal for 20-30 and the only foreign language that the waiting staff understand is Russian - do not hesitate: go to EGYPT. Let them to buncrupt. Maybe it is the only way for them to learn something about TURISM.
