Nope, per Wikitravel:Article_naming_conventions#When_there_are_multiple_names (see also Wikitravel_talk:Naming_conventions#Latin_Characters). I didn't actually recognize this article title—looks like it should be pronounced "loam." Moving to Lomé. --Peter Talk 10:11, 16 April 2010 (EDT)
