The article suggests paying 80 RMB for a candle to send floating down a river. Is there some reason for such a high price? I'd be offering 5. Pashley 09:49, 9 November 2006 (EST)

[edit] Tiger Leaping Gorge
An attraction rather than a destination. I have copied the text here to the nearest town, Lijiang, which was the only page linking to this. Pashley 09:59, 9 November 2006 (EST)
- Is there any chance that this thing could be a multi-day trek, with overnight stays along the way, and therefore possibly defensible as an itinerary? I'm not familiar with it. -- Bill-on-the-Hill 10:08, 9 November 2006 (EST)
- Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiger_Leaping_Gorge says its only 15 km long. However, according to another site http://www.passplanet.com/china/sw/tiger_lg.htm there are guesthouses on the route. Perhaps it could become an itinerary, but I'd say delete unless someone wants to do that work. Pashley 19:24, 9 November 2006 (EST)
