[edit] Moving some stuff to Maseru

Ive noticed how alot of the stuff on here in the buy and eat sections are solely about Maseru, so I've decided to move them to the Maseru page.

I have removed the regions section because there is absolutely nothing to do outside the main towns of each region, and the pages would be almost entirely pointless... they would just repeat all the information in each city page.

Also, the regions are more infact administrative districts rather than culturally independant regions.
