While I couldn't find any references of a La Miel on quick Wikipedia and Google searches (they all point to another La Miel-something in Spain), I guess you are right, and modified lede and breadcrumb navigation of the article accordingly. La Miel is in Darien region of Panama, right? Or else, could you please point out which Panamanian region we should put it in? – Vidimian 10:03, 17 September 2010 (EDT)

You're correct. La Miel, Panama is in the Darien Region. It's rests on the Panamanian side of the Panama/Colombia boarder on the Atlantic. Sapzurro, Colombia is on the other side.Captjack 13:48, 17 September 2010 (EDT)
