I think the "domestic" format you've used for the 'phone numbers is better, however Wikitravel:Phone_numbers says we're supposed to use the "international" format. My guess is that it won't stay that way forever, so...

Nobody seems to be able to say for sure exactly what the "Get out" section is/isn't for - I'd be tempted to leave Three Pagodas Pass there for now, but either way, I'll leave it in your capable hands, feel free to switch it back if you think that's the best way to go - cheers.

One other - the idea with mentioning both "Kanchanaburi Province" AND "Kanachanaburi" right at the top of the article is so that it acts as a kind of disambiguation - have a look at virtually all the other Thailand province articles.

Yes, you are correct regarding the phone number issue. I should bring the question of domestic vs international phone numbers to the relevant discussion page rather than just going my own way. Please feel free to change it back.

Done. If there's a suggestion that the 'phone number format policy be changed, I'd support it, and I'd be very happy to switch these (and many others) back from "international" to "domestic".

I also cannot find an official policy regarding 'get out.' However, I assume that it that is for destinations that are nearby, but outside the area covered in the article - though that is just my presumption.

Most common use seems to be far-away (as opposed to nearby) places (maybe places you might go as a day-trip, but might also go en-route to your next stop?), and "where-to-go-next" places.

I removed the reference to the city of Kanachanburi because it was referred to immediately below in the cities section, and so seemed superflous. However, if this kind of disambigution exists on all the other Thai province articles, and no-one has deleted them, then please feel free to revert my edit. Now that I understand, I won't change it again. By the way, do you have any info on how to get into this province. The article is sadly lacking this kind of practical info. I think you'll find that "disambiguation" format is at the top of virtually all Thai province pages - but mainly because I put it there. There's a similar "standard" disambiguation at the top of most Thai "city" page too - although there it only requires one line.

Can't help with "Get in" info right now, but that may change shortly - I'll certainly bear it in mind for the future - cheers.
