Eat listings[edit]

Here is a rather useful site for mining listings. --Peter Talk 16:14, 7 September 2007 (EDT)

Train connection from Poland[edit]

Is it possible that there is no train connection from Gdynia to Kaliningrad anymore? The link to the Polish Railway website posted in the article does not deliver a schedule for said route.

Yes That connection works on and off for past few years.Jjtk 17:47, 9 January 2012 (EST)

Fishing village[edit]

This is very vague and not helpful: Which fishing village? What is its name (english/russian)? How do you get there? I suppose there isn't just one fishing village in the Kaliningrad oblast.

Polish border regime[edit]

The Economist has an Oct 2013 article] on the special border arrangements for residents of Kaliningrad that may be useful to editors in providing background - its style guide also covers some of the gaps in our own style guide --Ttcf (talk) 19:36, 26 February 2014 (EST)

Test for alternative banner[edit]

Kaliningrad

Kaliningrad Banner .jpg

Suggestion: just alternative banner, "old and new". --Local (talk) 19:04, 25 August 2015 (EDT)

Personally I prefer the banner that is in place at the moment. Adzas (talk) 10:06, 26 August 2015 (EDT)
Current banner was added by IBcaldera, if he/she thinks same i will remove this "test" from here. Same about my other suggestions. I'm concerned about those three which don't depict what they should, while others are just suggestions. --Local (talk) 15:12, 26 August 2015 (EDT)

Visa Requirements for US citizens[edit]

Wouldn't it be nice if the article said that US citizens are not eligible for the 3-day tourist visa? I mean, it's there because the US is excluded from the Schengen agreement, but to say it explicitly would be helpful.68.79.127.40 22:39, 21 March 2016 (EDT)

You can add it if you want. That's what Wikitravel is about, if you can add a valuable information to an article just do it or, as we say, plunge forward! Regards, GiulioC (talk) 05:59, 22 March 2016 (EDT)
