[edit] Regional Structure

This article badly needs one. The sub region articles are all there - East Java, Central Java, West Java and Jakarta, but not defined in the main Java article.--Burmesedays 02:35, 22 September 2009 (EDT)

Done wth a simple East, Central and West regional structure. I know that any Indonesian is going to disagree with this and say that Jakarta is not part of West Java :). But from a logical traveller's point of view, it is.--Burmesedays 05:19, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
Yeah, we've already had a few minor edit wars over this, Banten and Yogyakarta are also technically different administrative units. But I agree with your call 100%. Jpatokal 07:43, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
Yup. Inevitable. Pleased you agree though. I need a little break from the Bali project (I think about 1,200 edits in those articles now.....) so will mooch around in the Java articles and at least get them all regionally assigned and a coherent structure in place. --Burmesedays 07:56, 22 September 2009 (EDT)
