Should I add neighborhoods, or is there simply not enough info now? I mean, if New Haven gets a great article, so should Hartford. 64.252.113.127 07:48, 19 December 2011 (EST)

You can list the neighborhoods of Hartford, but please don't create separate articles for them. There's hardly any content to put in them right now. Our focus for the time being should be on getting this article to have enough information that splitting into districts becomes necessary. LtPowers 20:46, 19 December 2011 (EST)
