Is this a destination article according to Wikitravel:What is an article?. It's hard to tell from the existing content what's intended to go in it. Will it include the islands of the reef? The reef itself doesn't get an entire article if it's only about what's underwater. -- Hypatia 00:56, 29 Nov 2004 (EST)
