I don't recall seeing any diving when in Con Dao. You may be able to if you take your own equipment etc, or, even bought a boat across from the mainland, but it is a big stretch.

It'd be nice to have a list of the places you can stay on this page. There are only about 3 or 4 and only 1 or 2 places to eat.
